Apple Working on a Google Now competitor that will debut in iOS 9

iPhone 6 and 6+Back in 2011 Apple released a revolutionary personal assistant named ‘Siri’. At the time this was an amazing feature but Apple have made very few improvements to it since then and over the past few years it has begun to lag behind the competition.

New rumours suggest that Apple have been working hard to overhaul Siri for their next iOS update which will likely be announced at WWDC in June.

This new update will allow Siri to have access to much more data from different apps and areas of the device that it couldn’t control before.

Siri may also be relocated with reports claiming that it will now be situated to the left of the home page where spotlight was pre-iOS 7.

It will be very interesting to see what Apple have been working on as Siri is in desperate need of an update. We will be sure to keep you updated if we hear any more about this topic.
